Old Man's Beard Wound Dressing is one of the Items available in The Long Dark. It can be obtained through Crafting.
Description
- A dressing utilizing Old Man's Beard Lichen. Apply to wounds to help prevent infection. When used on an injury, such as being attacked by a wolf, this will prevent the need from using Antiseptic as well.

- Old Man's Beard Wound Dressing can be crafted at a Workbench, or through the crafting menu using 3 Old Man's Beard Lichen.
