The poacher's camp is located inside a large red train car. There is a spawn located maybe .5 km away from the camp. So far I have only found small amounts of food and firewood on my playthroughs of the region. The train car is in a central location of the map from what I can see. The area is surrounded by weak ice and you must use extreme caution in this area. Will update with more later but this is definitely a decent place to last a night or two. Watch for wolves in the area. A bear can patrol through this area.
